Using Undead Atlas

Atlas is a fan-run service for adults aged 18 or older. By creating or continuing an account, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Provide an accurate age declaration and do not share your account or impersonate another person.

Protect your Discord account, use multifactor authentication where available, and report suspected account misuse promptly. Do not send support your passwords, bot tokens, or session cookies.

Optional Paid Support

One-Time Support costs $5 for 30 days of benefits and does not renew. Monthly Support costs $5 per month and Annual Support costs $40 per year; recurring options renew automatically until canceled. All options include supporter name styles, an Atlas Supporter badge, and ad-free browsing when advertisements launch. No live ads are currently served. Benefits are linked to the signed-in Discord account and last through the verified paid period.

Cancel future renewals through Settings → Support & Billing. Cancellation keeps benefits through the paid period. Contact undeadatlas.support@gmail.com with payment or refund questions. Full refunds end the corresponding benefits; disputed payments suspend those benefits while reviewed. This does not limit any refund or other rights required by applicable law. Support is optional and is not a charitable donation. Free site features remain available without payment.

Your Content And Permissions

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Atlas the permission needed to store, process, display, and share that content according to your settings and the features you use, including connected Discord channels. Only upload or link material you have permission to use or that is otherwise lawful.

Do not post harassment, threats, doxxing, sexual exploitation, illegal material, malware, phishing, spam, or private information without permission. Do not evade blocks, bans, age restrictions, or rate limits, scrape private accounts, or probe systems without authorization.

Records And Third-party Services

Player records are self-reported unless explicitly marked otherwise. Rankings and guides may be incomplete or inaccurate. Atlas is not an official Call of Duty leaderboard and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Activision or the game studios.

Call of Duty names, artwork, and other third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders. Their appearance here does not grant you a license. External services, including Discord and linked guides, have their own terms and availability.

Moderation And Account Closure

We may restrict content or accounts to address rule violations, safety risks, legal requests, or service abuse. Reports are reviewed with relevant context. Contact support to ask for review of a moderation decision.

You may stop using Atlas, change sharing preferences, and request account deletion in Settings. A request is reviewed; some shared content, evidence, or records may need separate handling as described in the Privacy Notice.

Availability And Responsibility

Atlas is provided on an as-available basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free records, message delivery, or recovery of deleted content. Keep your own copy of important information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas makes no additional warranties and is not responsible for third-party services or losses outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory consumer rights is imposed here.

Send support and legal questions to undeadatlas.support@gmail.com. Material changes will be presented before requiring renewed account acceptance. The service may evolve or stop; applicable legal obligations still apply.
